BILLING POLICY:
Dr. Herrick does not participate in any insurance networks. HOWEVER, AS SHE IS A LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, MOST INSURANCE PLANS (except HMO plans) WILL PAY PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT FOR TREATMENT SHE PROVIDES.
Check with your insurance provider for details. Unlike psychotherapy, Parenting Coordination and Collaborative Coaching are - unfortunately - not reimbursable.
Dr. Herrick employs a book keeper who sends out invoices once a month. Payments can then be made directly to Dr. Herrick at the beginning of the next month. In her work as a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Collaborative Child Specialist, Dr. Herrick will ask for a retainer at the beginning of your work together. The retainer is renewable as the work progresses. Details about Dr. Herrick's billing for Collaborative services will be discussed with clients when you begin.
